ETemplate product training is included in the price of your product for one person and scheduled on demand. For you to receive maximum benefits, we recommend that training be completed within 30 days of purchase.

Because we attempt to be as flexible and accommodating as possible for our customers, we do not publish a specific schedule. Available dates are discussed and scheduled when you place your order. The length of training depends on your system configuration.

8:30am - 5:30pm

 

Students should bring their laptop, ELaser system and/or EPhoto system to training.

Online training may be offered as an option.

Remember, if you don’t use it, you lose it!

ETemplate systems provides unlimited technical support for all of its products. Normal support is available by phone or e-mail during the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, except on national holidays. 

Exceptions to this schedule may be arranged for special situations through the Training and Support Manager.
